The following space is currently offered for lease:

Suite B-2

Existing Data Centre space located in the basement level of the building.  The space offers 955 square feet of useable area.   The space is equipped with the following services:

    1. 1.  dedicated 100kVA electrical service;
  1. 2.  emergency generator back up of electrical service;
  2. 3.  4 separate HVAC units with a total cooling capacity of 28 tonnes;
  3. 4.  an Inergen fire suppression system; 
  4. 5.  card access security system
  2. A freight elevator services the basement floor.  Washroom facilities are located on this floor.

This space is available March 1, 2012 or sooner upon mutual agreement with the existing tenant.
