Tours
The mechanical rooms are located on floors 15 and 16 and enjoy the best views in the building! We are proud to show off the building equipment, and offer complimentary tours of the mechanical floors to small groups.
If you are interested in seeing the equipment that keeps the building cool and the elevators moving, please contact Marisse Biuso at 604-688-7900 or e-mail marisse@uptownpropertygroup.com. Plan on wearing good footwear and dress appropriately for climbing a steep ladder. Participation in the tours is at your own risk.
