Raising the bar

900 West Hastings is designed and maintained to a higher standard.

From its origin as a bank, ongoing improvement program, and on site owner and manager, 900 West Hastings represents one of the best values in the Vancouver market today.

Built for a bank

900 West Hastings was built in 1966 for Bank of Canada as its Western Canadian office; the basement housed large vaults used for storage of bank notes and gold bullion. The Bank of Canada occupied large parts of the building until 1997 when it was sold to its present owner.

Unique design standards

The capacity of the building systems exceed those of other office buildings of similar size. A higher than normal elevator ratio result in faster service and shorter wait times. Redundancies are built into most building systems. Ongoing upgrades ensure the building is kept up to today's standards.
